Position:

Executive Assistant to the CEO

Description:

CEO Support:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritizing meetings, events, and tasks to ensure the most impactful use of time.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, establishing strong relationships with staff, clients, investors, and partners.
- Prepare and manage briefings, presentations, and reports for the CEO for key meetings with investors, clients, and leadership.

Prioritization & Task Management:
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs, managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Use AI and productivity tools to automate and streamline administrative workflows, keeping the CEO organized and on track.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, managing confidential matters with professionalism.

Product Mindset & Strategic Thinking:
- Contribute to product-related discussions by maintaining a strong understanding of Autonomize AI’s platform and solutions.
- Assist with gathering feedback and insights from customers and internal teams to support product development and iteration.

Continuous Learning & Development:
- Take initiative in developing new skills and expanding knowledge in areas such as AI, productivity optimization, and healthcare AI.
- Stay informed about trends in AI, healthcare, and startup operations to bring fresh insights to the CEO.

Relationship Building & Cross-functional Coordination:
- Build and maintain relationships with the CEO’s team, customers, and investors, acting as a bridge between internal and external parties.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication across departments to ensure alignment and timely follow-through on key initiatives.

Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant at a fast-growing startup or tech company.
Personality: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels of an organization.
Product Mindset: Experience working in product-driven environments, with an understanding of the role of product development in a fast-paced, scaling business.
Multitasking: Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
Tech-savvy: Proficient in AI tools and productivity apps (e.g., task automation, calendar management, document organization) to optimize work efficiency.
Drive for Growth: A strong desire to learn and develop professionally, with an interest in expanding your skill set in areas such as AI, project management, and leadership support.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
