**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers on 1st and 2nd shift from 7:00am - 3:45pm AND 7:00pm to 3:45am. This role includes two designated Saturdays per month as possible workdays, though typically only one half-day has been required so far this year. Daily overtime may be called by the end of the second break at 1:30pm, and can extend up to 2 hours. **Responsibilities** + Participate in assembly lines across various divisions including Assembly, Quality, Paint, and Mold. + Engage in cross-training on multiple processes to enhance skills and prevent ergonomic injuries. + Adhere to safety protocols and participate in safety orientation on the first day. + Maintain punctuality and professionalism, ensuring timely clock-ins and clock-outs especially during lunch breaks. + Comply with attendance policies to qualify for the 'Perfect Attendance' bonus. **Essential Skills** + Possess a strong work ethic, dependability, and professionalism. + Demonstrate timeliness and reliability in all work tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior manufacturing and automotive experience is preferred but not required. + Open to entry-level candidates without prior experience. + Steel toe shoes are required for the first day; goggles and caps will be provided. **Why Work Here?** Join a supportive work environment that offers growth opportunities, including roles such as Team Lead, Group Lead, and Technician, as well as positions in Maintenance and Quality departments.
