Job Description

At KN Helicopters , we are proud to support the green transition by providing safe and efficient helicopter transport to offshore wind farms and associated installations. As demand for renewable energy grows, so does the need for highly skilled pilots who thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.

We are currently expanding our operations and looking for experienced helicopter pilots to join our dedicated team in Denmark.

About the Role

As a pilot at KN Helicopters, you will be part of a professional crew operating Airbus H135/H145 helicopters to support offshore wind operations. Missions include crew changes, equipment transport, and precision hoisting to offshore turbines, vessels, and substations.

You will operate from one of our bases (presently Esbjerg, Roskilde, Grenaa) in Denmark, serving some of the largest and most innovative offshore wind projects in Northern Europe.

Who we are Looking for

Minimum qualifications:

  • EASA ATPL(H) or CPL(H) with IR(H)
  • EASA Class 1 medical
  • Language proficiency level 6 in English and/or level 6 in Danish (C2 proficiency level)
  • Minimum 2.000 hours total helicopter time, including:
  • 1.000 hours PIC, of which at least 500 hours PIC on Multi Engine
  • 500 hours offshore flying experience

Highly desirable experience:

  • Offshore HHO
  • IFR flying
  • Time on Airbus H135 or H145
  • Language proficiency level 6 in both English and Danish (or a Scandinavian language)
  • MCC / Multipilot rating
  • Residence in Denmark or nearby region
