In this role, you’ll play a major role in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation. After a busy day at work or play, our guests will be able to rest easily knowing that we will take care of the rest. We offer cleaner rooms than our competition and the extras don't cost extra. This makes our hotels stand out and keeps our guests coming back. As an essential team member at Drury Hotels, you will work on a team with other friendly customer focused team members completing daily duties such as vacuuming, changing linens and making our bathrooms shine. Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members. Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests. Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards. Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance needs. Assist guests by providing bedding, towels, amenities, or information upon request. Provide exceptional guest experience by delivering friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude. Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions. Positive and solution-oriented attitude. Dedication to excellent customer service. May be asked to assist in laundry/clean public spaces when needed. Work Saturdays and Sundays may be required. Requires ability to walk and stand throughout the shift, push, vacuum, reach, stretch, bend, and intermittently lift 25-35 pounds during the workday. Reports to Executive Housekeeper/Assistant General Manager. Maintains positive and cooperative working relationships with all hotel departments.
