In our 'always on' world, it's essential to have a genuine connection with your work. We are recruiting an HR Supervisor to work on-site at our Claremont, NC, manufacturing facility. This role supports our Claremont manufacturing facility and reports to the Senior Director, HR Business Partner. It provides critical support and execution around people initiatives while delivering solid internal support to the broader HR team, site leaders, and partners. How You'll Help Us Connect the World: This role leads all aspects of the HR function for our facility in Claremont, NC. It provides advice and counsel on interpersonal efficiency, employee relations, change management, employee communication, and effective policies, practices, and procedures. Drive overall cultural change and improve employee communication. Responsibilities also include: Support local leadership with the changing needs of the business and drive a collaborative culture. Form lasting relationships between HR, leadership, and employees to work in an environment of teamwork with established feedback loops. Responsible for effective recruitment and selection management and executing a long-term strategy to ensure appropriate headcount by driving talent programs such as skills-based pay and apprenticeships. Establish relationships within the local community, high schools, and colleges to collaborate closely on HR initiatives to understand what is driving the local business community and be an ambassador for CommScope. Lead the HR and support teams to deliver operational excellence and ensure individual development, employee career paths, training and development needs, and opportunities for employee retention are supported. Leverage workforce analytics and data to drive business decisions and take a proactive approach to supporting the leaders. Required Qualifications for Consideration: Six or more years in an HR role supporting a large manufacturing environment with validated experience and knowledge of HR practices and employment issues. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP's SuccessFactors.
