We are seeking hardworking, reliable, and motivated HVAC Apprentices to support our installation teams throughout Michigan and Northern Ohio. This is a full-time, year-round position —no seasonal layoffs—with opportunities to grow into lead or technician roles.
As an HVAC Apprentice, you will assist in the installation of HVAC systems, gain hands-on field experience, and receive on-the-job training from experienced professionals.
Assist Lead Installers with the setup, installation, and testing of HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, water heaters, boilers)
Handle tools, materials, and supplies safely and efficiently
Learn and apply relevant mechanical codes and best practices
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and homeowners
Interest in HVAC as a long-term career
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools
Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Previous HVAC or construction experience a plus, but not required
