Are you passionate about tools and driven by the power of great sales? We’re looking for a Tool Sales Trainer to join our team and lead the charge in equipping our sales-force with the product knowledge and techniques they need to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver dynamic, hands-on training sessions for new and existing sales staff
• Develop and maintain engaging training materials on product features, benefits, and use cases
• Coach teams on effective sales techniques, objection handling, and upselling strategies
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs
• Partner with territory managers to identify training needs and performance gaps
• Support in-field training at events, trade shows, or client visits as needed

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Deep knowledge of tools – from hand tools to high-end power equipment

✅ Sales experience in a retail, wholesale, or B2B tool-related environment

✅ Strong presentation and communication skills

✅ Passion for coaching and inspiring others

✅ Ability to simplify technical information for diverse audiences

✅ Willingness to travel 2-3 weeks per month
