Senior Director, Clinical Data Management

Location: Hybrid (King of Prussia OR Alameda) | Full-Time | Biotech Sponsor-Side Role

I’m currently working with a leading biotech client that’s looking to bring on an accomplished Senior Director of Clinical Data Management to lead global CDM operations across all phases of clinical development (Phases I–IV). This is a high-impact, strategic leadership opportunity for someone with deep experience in clinical data management, team leadership, and vendor oversight.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for CDM activities across a global clinical trial portfolio
• Lead cross-functional data initiatives and drive end-to-end data quality across internal teams, CROs, and FSP models
• Align data strategy with clinical development, medical affairs, and regulatory functions
• Direct and mentor a matrixed team of CDM professionals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (CDISC, GCP, ICH)
• Contribute to regulatory submissions and inspection readiness activities

What We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years of relevant CDM experience in the biotech/pharma industry
• Proven leadership in global CDM strategy and delivery, including oversight of outsourced vendors and offshore teams
• Strong track record in regulatory submission support and inspection preparation
• Oncology experience is highly preferred
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills
