Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Newark, DE |Hybrid-Onsite

Duration: 3-6+ Months

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Bachelor
  • Degree required: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Years of work experience: 5 year(s)

Position Description:

  • Our client is looking for a contractor to take the lead in managing the organization's talent acquisition efforts. This role involves designing and implementing a strategic recruitment plan to attract top-tier candidates, with a strong emphasis on the commercial and IT sectors.

Position Duties:

  • Develop and implement a proactive recruitment strategy to attract top talent
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs
  • Build and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates
  • Leverage social media and other digital platforms to promote the company's employer brand and attract passive candidates
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on candidate selection, offer negotiations, and employment contracts
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify improvement areas
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

General skills (must have):

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the talent acquisition function 5 year(s) of experience

  • Prior experience recruiting for marketing, advertising, analytics, and decision sciences-based roles 5 year(s) of experience

Language skills (must have):

  • English Native or bilingual proficiency

Experience required:

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the full cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing and selection, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others - Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Experience using Workday and other recruitment technology - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the talent acquisition function
  • Prior experience recruiting for marketing, advertising, analytics, and decision sciences-based roles
