Overview

LWM Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our company's growth and success. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and enhancing our employer brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and candidate onboarding.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to understand hiring needs and develop accurate job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, networking events, and job fairs, to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote LWM Holdings as an employer of choice.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and performance reports to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple roles simultaneously.
