Job Description

Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our Wealth Management and Corporate Trust Department. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry, working alongside experienced trust officers and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
Assist trust officers and operations teams by supporting routine, monitored tasks.
Help with organizing and maintaining client documentation and internal files.
Support the department in day-to-day administrative and operational functions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Duration:
Summer internship (typically 6-12 weeks), with flexible start and end dates depending on candidate availability.
